SYFC began with a calling — to reach the youth of Singapore with the love and message of Jesus Christ. In classrooms, church halls, and quiet corners of the city, small groups met with big dreams. Young hearts, eager for truth and belonging, found purpose in the Gospel.

As society evolved, so did our ministry. The 80s and 90s brought a wave of new challenges and new opportunities. SYFC grew in numbers and influence, launching youth camps, drama teams, school fellowships, and sports outreaches — always grounded in the message of Christ.

This era saw a passionate revival in youth evangelism. Worship concerts, discipleship intensives, and mentorship programs spread across Singapore. Young people were not just attending events — they were leading them.
